To prepare our recipe, you need to peel the pumpkin and cut its pulp into fairly large pieces.

Then, we fill our preparation with hot apple juice, to which we first add sugar and spices. You can add ginger or cardamom, or any spices that you like best.

For one liter of apple juice we need 200 grams of sugar.

Next, wait until the workpiece has cooled completely.

Then, boil it again for 20 minutes until the pumpkin is ready.

You can now transfer the pumpkin pulp into jars, boil the juice again, immediately pour it into the pumpkin and roll up the jars without hesitation.

In winter, our family usually adds this canned pumpkin to ready-made rice or buckwheat porridge. You can drink the juice or make jelly or jelly from it by first straining it. This is a good pumpkin preparation for the winter in our family.
