We start cooking by taking cucumbers (10 kg), choosing the best ones and washing them well.

Place on a towel and let them drain.

At this time, put currant leaves (20 leaves), cherry leaves (20 leaves) and horseradish leaves (5 leaves and 2 roots) into jars. The indicated amount of spices is calculated for 10 kg of cucumbers.

When the cucumbers have drained, we pack them into jars, and top them with pre-prepared spices: dill (1 bunch), celery (3-4 sprigs), sweet and bitter peppers (5 and 1 pcs., respectively), garlic (2 heads).

Prepare a solution for pouring cucumbers (marinade with vodka) with the addition of salt, vinegar and vodka, observing the following proportions: for 10 kg of cucumbers we need 10 liters of water, a half-liter jar of salt, 1 glass of vodka and 10 tablespoons of vinegar.

Prepare the solution over a fire by mixing all the ingredients and pour it hot into jars with cucumbers.

Let it sit for a day.

Then add the marinade with vodka to the jars of cucumbers, without adding 1 cm to the edges of the container.

We roll up the jars.
