How to preserve peaches in their own juice for the winter.

To do this, take peaches; they must be ripe and firm.

We clean them from the stalks and skins; to do this, you can put the fruits in boiling water for a couple of minutes.

Then we divide the peaches into halves, it is better to do this along the furrow. Remove the seeds and place them in water with diluted citric acid.

After this, the peaches must be rinsed again and left to drain.

Next, place the halves tightly into the jars.

To sterilize filled jars, place them in a pan with warm water. Place the pan on the fire and bring the water in it to a boil. We sterilize half-liter jars for 30 minutes, liter jars for 40.

Afterwards, we quickly seal the jars hermetically.

This is how this recipe makes canned peaches easily and simply. In a word, a little effort - and your exotic and original bookmark for the winter is ready!
