How to preserve tomatoes for the winter with grape leaves, cherries and horseradish
The jars in which we will make conservation, sterilize.
Peel the horseradish, garlic, bell pepper, carrots, wash them, and cut them into cubes. Place the washed leaves, dill and vegetables in a jar. We put the tomatoes in so that they settle down more tightly; you can shake the jar slightly. You shouldn't compact it too hard - the tomatoes may burst. Add pepper and cloves. Pour hot, boiled water into jars. To prevent the glass from bursting, you should pour a little hot water and let the jars warm up a little. Fill them to the top with hot water, cover with lids, which also need to be sterilized in advance, and leave for 10 minutes. Pour the water into a saucepan, add sugar, salt, pour in vinegar and boil. Pour it back into the jars and roll it under the lid.
IMPORTANT: The water from each jar must be drained and boiled separately!
Turn the finished canned tomatoes upside down and wrap them in a blanket until they cool completely. Canned tomatoes for the winter with cherry leaves, grapes and horseradish roots are ready.
Preservation can be stored in a dry cellar or any dark and cool room. In winter, all that remains is to remove the tomatoes from the jar and serve. Eat for your health!
