And for filling: 2 liters of water, 60 g of sugar, 30 g of salt, 4 teaspoons of vinegar essence.

Fill with the filling prepared from the products listed in the recipe, excluding vinegar.

Next, there is a water bath, which is called sterilization - hold for 20 minutes. It’s good to take a large saucepan, it will become this very “bathhouse”. Time will begin from the moment of boiling.

We pour in the vinegar when the jar leaves the pan, but does not even think about cooling, that is, right away.
