Canned tomatoes with grapes for the winter - a simple homemade recipe without vinegar.
I learned how to cook canned tomatoes with grapes because I like to experiment with winter preparations. I grow a lot of things at my dacha, I once added bunches of grapes to canned tomatoes, it turned out well. The berries gave the tomatoes an interesting aroma and slightly changed their taste. After this recipe has become loved and tested, I want to share it with other housewives.
And so, we canned tomatoes and grapes without vinegar.
Products are designed for a 3 liter jar:
— Salad pepper – 1 pc.;
— Hot pepper – 1 pod;
— Garlic – 3 large cloves;
— Bay leaf – 2 leaves;
— Cherry leaves – 4 pcs.;
— Currant leaves – 5 pcs.;
— Horseradish leaf – 1 pc.;
- Black peppercorns - 10 peas;
— Green sprigs of parsley and dill – 2 pcs.;
— Salt and sugar, one table at a time. false;
— Grape bunch (medium size) – 1 pc.
Tomatoes selected for canning must be washed, removing the stems, and then pierced with a needle in several places.
After piercing, transfer the tomatoes into sterile jars, add spices, salt, sugar and a bunch of grapes. Pour boiling water over all this and leave to stand for 20 minutes.
Then we drain the water from the cans and set it to boil again.
Fill the jars again with boiling water and roll up the canned tomatoes.
Tomatoes rolled according to such a simple homemade recipe will have a wonderful grape aroma and look very beautiful on a plate where we will also put a pickled bunch of grapes. It should be noted that it also turns out very tasty. Usually we even drink every drop of the marinade from such delicious tomatoes without vinegar.
