Let's start a simple recipe for delicious jam with the fact that the color of the jam will change depending on what color of cherries you choose for making the jam. If the cherry is white, then the color will be beautiful, amber. Well, now let's move on to the essence of the recipe.

How to make jam is simple.

Ingredients for jam: 1 kg of cherries, 0.5 kg of sugar, 2 g of citric acid.

For the syrup: 0.5 kg sugar, 1 glass of water.

Cherry wash, rinse with boiling water. Boil the syrup and pour the hot syrup over the cherries.

Set aside for 5 hours.

Pass the cherry jam through a colander to separate the berries.

Add another 250g of sugar to the syrup and boil for 10 minutes.

Dip the berries again and set aside for 5 hours.

Repeat the procedure after the required time with the addition of the remaining sugar.
