For pickling we need: 1 liter of juice, 0.5 liters of water, 4 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 kg of sugar.
For a liter jar, 8 pieces of cloves and allspice, a piece of cinnamon.
Squeeze the juice from the berries and add water. Heat and add the remaining ingredients except vinegar. Boil. Then add vinegar and bring to a boil. Set aside and cool.
