— carrots – 1 kg;

- onion - 2 medium-sized onions;

To prepare this homemade preparation, we start by washing and peeling our orange root vegetable.

Next, the peeled vegetable needs to be cut finely and long. You can do this using any large shredder you have.

Now, mix the carrots, salt and sugar until the latter dissolve.
