This recipe is not only easy and simple to prepare, but this preparation of raspberry jam allows you to preserve as much as possible all the vitamins and beneficial properties present in the berry.

In order for the ground raspberries with sugar to stand for a long time and not spoil, you need to take: 1 kg of raspberries, 2 kg of sugar.
Carefully sort the berries, remove all excess, leaving the peeled fruits. Then dip the raspberries for a minute in a solution of table salt (20g salt/1l water), drain off any floating bugs, if any.
Rinse the berries with clean water, dry slightly, or rather, let the water drain.

Rub the raspberries through a sieve or simply grind. Which method to choose depends on what kind of jam you want to get: with or without seeds. I usually make it with bones.
Add sugar to the puree and stir thoroughly.
