In order for the ground raspberries with sugar to stand for a long time and not spoil, you need to take: 1 kg of raspberries, 2 kg of sugar.

Carefully sort the berries, remove all excess, leaving the peeled fruits. Then dip the raspberries for a minute in a solution of table salt (20g salt/1l water), drain off any floating bugs, if any.

Rinse the berries with clean water, dry slightly, or rather, let the water drain.
