How to make quick-cooking lightly salted cucumbers.

Cut off the washed cucumbers at the stem and on the nose a little, prick the middle of each cucumber with a knife.

Throw a couple of handfuls of oak leaves into the jar and add cucumbers to the top. After filling the jar, throw one handful of oak leaves on top and pour strong boiling brine over everything. Oak leaves are not added to look pretty. Thanks to this additive, the cucumbers will not be limp but will become crispy.
