Lightly salted garlic cloves

I offer a recipe - lightly salted garlic cloves - an excellent preparation for lovers of the piquant taste of this plant. Even my children don’t mind eating a clove or two. I found an absolutely uncomplicated and delicious homemade recipe for preparing garlic for the winter. I share it with other housewives.

How to lightly salt garlic for the winter.

Garlic

The garlic heads need to be divided into cloves and the skin removed from each clove.

Then we will prepare the brine, for which we will need warm water - 1 liter and table salt - 80 g.

Next, you need to put spices in a glass container for pickling: dill, horseradish leaves, black currant and cherry leaves.

After this, you can transfer the peeled garlic into jars, and then fill it with brine so that the garlic is completely covered.

The jars with our preparation must be closed with gauze folded in half, tied with twine and the garlic left to salt at room temperature (from 15 to 22 degrees).

Our lightly salted garlic will be ready in just four days.

We store this homemade product in a cool place. Appetizing canned garlic can be added to various salads or served as an independent spicy snack.
