cabbage - one head,
carrots - 1 piece,
vegetable oil - 100 g,
vinegar 9% - 2 tablespoons,
salt - 1 teaspoon,
sugar - 2 teaspoons,
coriander - 1 teaspoon,

allspice - ½ teaspoon,
cumin - ½ teaspoon,
garlic - 3 cloves.
