Plums

First you need to sort them out, remove the spoiled ones, rinse them well several times with water and put them in jars.

We further marinate the plum. To do this, prepare the filling: bring the water to a boil, sweeten it, add all the spices. Boil for 5-10 minutes, don’t forget to add vinegar at the end.

Stir everything well and filter through a thick layer of gauze. Divide the spices that remain on the gauze equally and put them in jars with plums.

Pour the uncooled marinade into jars. Cover the top with iron lids and set 0.5 liter jars to sterilize for 15 minutes, and 1 liter jars for 20 minutes. Roll up using a key and wrap until it cools down for better sterilization.

Jars should be stored in a basement or cellar at a temperature no higher than 18 degrees.

These pickled plums are well suited as a side dish for meat, fish, and poultry.Have you tried making such a preparation from plums? Share your impressions of the recipe in the reviews.
