We start canning zucchini by taking the youngest zucchini without seeds, sweet and sour apples and brightly colored carrots. You need to take them in equal parts or according to your own preference.

Cut apples into neat slices, zucchini into circles or semicircles (you can even cut them into stars), carrots into oblique circles.

Place vegetables, fruits and root vegetables in layers or in random order in three-liter clean jars.

For this unusual homemade preparation, you will also need unusual spices: lactinidia and lemongrass leaves. You can put several of them in each jar.

Next, fill this entire unusual and bright preparation with the same unusual marinade, boiling of course.

The marinade should be prepared from apple juice (2 faceted glasses), artesian water (500 ml), liquid light honey (50 ml), salt (1.5 tbsp).

Pour the marinade to the very top of the jars, quickly seal them and cover them with a warm blanket for simultaneous sterilization and gradual complete cooling of the delicious marinated snack.
