Instant pickled cucumbers without sterilization, video recipe

Preparing pickled cucumbers for the winter without sterilization will not take much time. True, when pickling cucumbers, you will have to boil both the brine and water, and therefore you cannot do without heating the room. But no one will remember about this when all winter they will be able to pamper their family with delicious and crispy pickled cucumbers.

And so, quick pickled cucumbers, preparation.

The beginning is standard: wash, sort, soak in cold water for 2-3 hours. Preparing the greens. For a 3-liter jar you need to prepare: dill - 1 umbrella, medium size, horseradish leaves - one medium-sized leaf, currant leaves - 5 pcs., cherry leaves - 5 pcs., garlic - 2-3 cloves, black peppercorns 7- 10 pcs., bay leaf - 2 pcs.

IN ready-made jars put in half the prepared spices, put in as many cucumbers as will go in. How to do this correctly is indicated in the video recipe. Add the rest of the spices on top and pour boiling water over it. Cover with a sterilized lid and let stand for 25-30 minutes. During this time, prepare the marinade for the cucumbers.

Preparing marinade for cucumbers.

For one 3-liter jar we will need:

water - 1.4 - 1.5 liters,

salt - 2 tbsp. spoons,

sugar - 1 tbsp. spoon,

vinegar - 100 gr.

We put everything in a saucepan and boil.

ATTENTION: We pour the vinegar last, when the water with salt and sugar have already boiled.

We do not boil the marinade for a long time. Let it simmer for only 2-3 minutes and turn it off.

Pour the previously poured water out of the jars of cucumbers. For convenience, we can close the jar with a plastic lid with holes made in it. Water will flow through them calmly, and all contents will be kept safe and sound.

Remove the plastic lid and pour the prepared hot marinade over the cucumbers. Cover again with the metal lid and screw it on.

All. This is a simple recipe and our instant pickled cucumbers without sterilization are ready. You can set the jar aside for the winter.
