To prepare the assortment according to this recipe, we will need for one 3-liter jar:
black peppercorns - four pieces;
allspice peas - four pieces;
cloves - four pieces;
coriander - one teaspoon;
bay leaf - six pieces;
garlic - 4-5 cloves;
dill - two inflorescences;
cherry - two leaves;
horseradish - two leaves;
salt - 2 tablespoons;
sugar - 2 tablespoons;
vinegar (9%) - 50 milliliters;
vodka - 50 milliliters;
fresh cucumbers and tomatoes - how many will fit in the jar.
How to prepare assorted tomatoes and cucumbers:
Place half of the prepared spices into clean and sterilized jars. Cut the garlic into 3-4 parts.
Place cucumbers and tomatoes in a jar.
Place the remaining spices on top.
Boil water. One 3-liter jar requires approximately 1.5 liters of water.
When the water boils, pour it into the jar. Close with sterilized lids and let stand for 10 minutes.
Pour the water from the jar back into the saucepan, add salt and sugar and bring to a boil again. When the brine boils, add vinegar, vodka and let it boil again.
Pour the boiling marinade into jars with cucumbers and tomatoes, cover with lids and roll up.
Turn the rolled up jars upside down, wrap them up and leave them like that until they cool completely.
