Pickled spicy cucumbers for the winter in Jalapeño sauce
How nice it is to open a jar of spicy cucumbers on a cold winter day. For meat - that's it! Pickled spicy cucumbers in Jalapeño sauce are easy to make for the winter. Another highlight of this preparation is that when canning you can do without sterilization, which cannot but please a busy housewife.

We need to prepare:
- small fresh cucumbers - about 1.5 kg;
- water - about 4-5 tbsp;
- Jalapeño hot sauce - 200 g (can be replaced with any other hot sauce);
- salt - 2 tbsp. l.;
- sugar - 1 tbsp. l.;
- apple cider vinegar - 3/4 tbsp.;
- cloves - 6 pcs.;
- peppercorns - 6 pcs.;
- dill umbrellas - 3-6 pcs.;
- garlic - 2-3 teeth.
How to pickle spicy cucumbers for the winter
Wash the cucumbers, select even, medium-sized fruits, cut off the tails with a sharp knife and fill with cold water. Leave it alone for 3.5 hours.
Prepare spices, dill, garlic cloves. Place them on the bottom prepared jar. Place the cucumbers tightly on top. We finish packing the jar with a dill umbrella. Pour boiling water over the preparation and leave for 5-7 minutes.
After the specified amount of time, drain the water into a convenient container.Add salt, sugar, hot tomato sauce, acetic acid. Place on the fire and bring to a boil.
Fill the cucumbers with aromatic liquid and roll up the jars with a special key.
We turn our spicy cucumbers over, covering them with a towel on top.
After complete cooling, the jars simply need to be sent to a place of long-term storage for the winter.
In winter, we take out our delicious pickled cucumbers in a spicy sauce and serve them with fried potatoes, meat, or vegetable casserole as an original spicy snack.
