For five 1-liter jars you will need: 25 small cucumbers, 20 miniature tomatoes, 5 sweet carrots, 5 sweet peppers, a head of cauliflower, 25 small onions, 25 garlic cloves, 2 small zucchini, an Antonov apple, various greens.

How to make pickles from cucumbers and vegetables for the winter.

To prepare a delicious assortment, vegetables and herbs need to be peeled and rinsed well.

Divide the zucchini and carrots in half, divide the cauliflower into small inflorescences and place in boiling water for 2-3 minutes.

Cut the pepper into slices.

Chop the greens about 2-3 cm long.

We put the prepared vegetables into jars, in which at the bottom there are already a currant sprig, dry dill stems, a little chopped herbs and a small piece of Antonovka.

Place in the jar up to the neck: five small cucumbers, four small tomatoes, cauliflower inflorescences, pieces of zucchini, carrots, small onions, garlic cloves, pepper cloves, celery stalks, dill. On top put a currant leaf, a little greenery, a dill stalk, a bay leaf, cloves, and peppercorns. Pour in hot marinade.

Making marinade for pickles is simple. To do this, pour 130 g of salt, 120 g of sugar into 2 liters of boiling water, boil, filter, boil again, at the end add 5 pieces of laurel leaf, 15 black peppercorns, 5 cloves, 6% vinegar - 200 ml.

Fill the preparations with marinade.

We sterilize filled jars with assorted items for 12-15 minutes from the time the water boils.
