The composition of this homemade preserve is simple:
red ripe tomatoes - how many will fit into a 3-liter jar;
garlic - 2-3 medium cloves;
dill umbrellas - 1-2 pcs.;
black peppercorns - 6-10 pcs.;
laurel leaf - 2-3 pcs.

salt - 1 tbsp;
sugar - 100 g;
vinegar 9% - 150 ml.
