Based on 1 liter jar we will need:

  • cherry tomatoes - 700 gr;
  • carrot tops - 2 sprigs;
  • onion - 2-3 circles;
  • Bell pepper;
  • garlic - 1-2 cloves;
  • salt - 1 tsp;
  • sugar - 1 tbsp;
  • vinegar 9% - 50 ml.

How to pickle cherry tomatoes deliciously for the winter

We begin canning by separating small tomatoes from the branches in such a way that cracks do not form on them. Their appearance in the future will spoil the appearance of the finished product.

Wash all ingredients thoroughly.

Now let's start arranging the components in the previously prepared jar. Place carrot tops at the bottom of the jar, then add onions, peppers, garlic and, finally, tomatoes.

Fill the stacked jar with boiling water, cover with a lid, and leave for 15-20 minutes.

After the time has passed, drain the water from the jar. Based on this water, we will get about 500 ml of it, prepare the brine. Add salt, sugar, vinegar.

Bring the brine to a boil, pour into jars and seal.
