Delicious quick-cooking marinated champignons

Before the upcoming feast, in order to save time, we very often buy snacks in stores and supermarkets. At the same time, knowing that almost all store-bought products are filled with preservatives. And of course, the taste and freshness of the food you buy remains a mystery until you try it.

In order to avoid such troubles before the holiday, I offer a recipe for homemade marinated instant champignons. A traditional and beloved snack is prepared easily, simply, and most importantly, quickly. Homemade pickled champignons cannot be compared to store-bought ones. Try preparing a few jars for the winter or on the eve of an upcoming feast.

For marinating we will take:

  • 500 grams of fresh champignons (small mushrooms will look the most beautiful);
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 1.25 tbsp salt;
  • 0.5 tbsp. Sahara;
  • 1 clove;
  • 10 black peppercorns;
  • 1 tbsp. 9% or 1.5 tbsp. 6% vinegar;
  • 5 tbsp. vegetable oil;
  • 300 g of water.

How to quickly pickle champignons at home

The first thing to do is prepare our mushrooms. We do not clean the champignons, but wash them thoroughly.

Peel the garlic and crush it with a knife. Fill the mushrooms with water and set to cook. Boil for no more than 4 minutes.

While the mushrooms are cooking, make the marinade.Place all the spices in a saucepan and fill with hot water. Boil for 2 minutes.

Drain the water from the cooked champignons and pour in the hot marinade. Let it cool and put it into clean jars, close with nylon lids.

After 12 hours, you can enjoy incredibly delicious quickly marinated champignons.

The whole cooking process took only half an hour. And we store our “cool” snack, quick-cooking marinated champignons, in the refrigerator.
