How to quickly pickle champignons at home
The first thing to do is prepare our mushrooms. We do not clean the champignons, but wash them thoroughly.
Peel the garlic and crush it with a knife. Fill the mushrooms with water and set to cook. Boil for no more than 4 minutes.
While the mushrooms are cooking, make the marinade.Place all the spices in a saucepan and fill with hot water. Boil for 2 minutes.
Drain the water from the cooked champignons and pour in the hot marinade. Let it cool and put it into clean jars, close with nylon lids.
After 12 hours, you can enjoy incredibly delicious quickly marinated champignons.
The whole cooking process took only half an hour. And we store our “cool” snack, quick-cooking marinated champignons, in the refrigerator.
