The preparation is made by pouring a marinade of 200 ml water, 200 ml vinegar, 50 g sugar, 20 g salt, 4 peppers, 3 bay leaves and 2 tsp hop-suneli seasoning. Put it all in the required size pan and boil.
While the marinade is cooking, divide the whole heads of garlic into cloves. Free them from the husks, put them in a colander and place them in boiling salted water for 1 minute. To blanch garlic cloves you will need two glasses of water (this is 500 ml) and 2 tbsp. l. salt (this is 50 g).
Remove the colander with the garlic from the boiling water. Let cool in cold water. Place the cloves in clean glass jars and pour in the prepared marinade.
No sealing is required - you just need to close the jars with a plastic lid or even parchment paper and tie it with twine.
