And so that the preparation of bell peppers for the winter is a great success, we will need:
peeled bell pepper - 1.5 kg,
hot pepper - to taste (you can do without it),
onions and garlic - to taste (you can do without them).
To prepare the marinade required:
water - 700 ml,
vinegar 9% - 120 ml,
sunflower oil - 2/3 cup,
sugar - 5 tablespoons,
salt - 1 tablespoon, but always with a slide,
cloves - 5 pcs.

Wash, peel and chop the bell peppers, garlic and onions (if we use them). Bulgarian sweet pepper - 4-6 parts,
onion - large half rings,
garlic - in flat slices.
Now, let's prepare marinade for our peppers.
Add salt, sugar, vinegar and spices to boiling water and let simmer for 5 minutes.
Place bell peppers in portions into the boiling marinade and blanch for 5 minutes.
If you marinate peppers with onions and garlic, then blanch them for only 1 minute.
Place blanched bell peppers in pre-sterilized jars.
Place blanched onions and garlic in each jar to suit your taste.
When the jars are filled to the neck, pour boiling marinade, cover with sterilized lids and roll up.
