You've probably prepared or tried these pickled vegetables. But have you tried pickled peppers with honey? What about cauliflower? I like to make a lot of new homemade preparations every harvesting season. A colleague gave me this delicious, unusual and simple honey and vinegar preserve recipe. I suggest you try to make such a preparation.

For honey pickling, we will need not ordinary (although you can make it with ordinary sweet bell peppers, just choose fleshy fruits), but round Kambi pepper - 3 kg;

— Water — 1.1 liters;

— Table salt -250 grams;

— Honey – 250 grams;

— Vinegar — 250 gr;

— Grape and currant leaves;

— Black peppercorns;

— Cauliflower rosettes;

— Horseradish root, cut into small pieces.

How to pickle peppers with honey for the winter.

Select round pepper fruits of approximately the same size and wash them. This will make the workpiece look more beautiful. The stalks of the cambi should be cut off at a distance of 1 cm from the base of the vegetable and the flesh of the pepper should be pierced in several places near the grains.

In this form, we put it in jars, alternating with cauliflower rosettes, sprinkling with black peppercorns, pieces of horseradish, and arranging with grape and currant leaves. Add the amount of spices to your taste.

Now how to prepare marinade with honey.

Dissolve salt in boiling water, cool and add vinegar and honey.

ATTENTION: do not cook the marinade with honey!!!

Pour this mixture over our round cambi pepper.

The contents of the jar should be pressed down with a weight (you can use a wooden circle), and the jar should be closed with a tight lid and taken to the cold.

Pickled peppers prepared according to this recipe are not only tasty, they also look very advantageous on the dinner table. My family even drinks the brine from this preparation. Well, it's very tasty.
