Marinated salad of cucumbers, zucchini and tomatoes is delicious for the winter

Main ingredients for cooking: 2 kg of cucumbers; 1 kg of sweet bell pepper; 2 kg of tomatoes, 6 cloves of garlic; 4 things. onions, dill, parsley, peppercorns.
Brine for one liter jar: 2 teaspoons of sugar; 1 teaspoon salt; 2 dessert spoons of vinegar.
How to prepare salad for the winter
Rinse the vegetables thoroughly in running water, remove seeds and stalks from the peppers, trim the cucumbers from the bottom and top.
Cut cucumbers and tomatoes into slices as usual for salad, peppers and onions into half rings.

We prepare the jars: wash and sterilize thoroughly.
Place an umbrella of dill, several sprigs of parsley, 2 cloves of chopped garlic, 5 pcs. at the bottom of the prepared liter jar.peppercorns. Then we lay out all the vegetables in alternate layers: cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, peppers. We repeat the entire procedure until the jar is completely filled.
On top of the jar we put the amount of salt, sugar, vinegar indicated in the recipe and pour boiling water over everything so that the contents of the workpiece are covered.
Cover the jars with winter salad with lids and send them to sterilize for about 15 minutes.
All that remains is to roll up the lids with a seaming wrench.
