3 kg cabbage;
5 cloves of garlic;
3 medium beets;
2 carrots;
2 bell peppers;
Marinade:
3 tbsp. heaped tablespoons of salt;

How to prepare cabbage salad for the winter
In order for pickled pink cabbage to be crispy and tasty, it does not need to be chopped very finely. Otherwise, it will turn out rather pickled and soft. It is best to take small jars, up to a liter. Sterilize You need them immediately, before placing vegetables in them.
Starting to cook, chop the cabbage into squares or strips. You can see how it should look in the photo, where the vegetables are already in jars.
We clean the carrots and beets and also cut them into large strips, just like bell peppers.

Prepare the marinade separately in a saucepan. Pour water, add salt, sugar and bring to a boil. After this, add vinegar and stir, let it simmer for no more than 5 minutes. Pour the resulting marinade into the jars with cabbage under the neck and cover with a lid.
After 3 minutes you can roll it up. The pickled pink cabbage will have to stand in a warm place for a day, and then you can put it in a cold place for storage. After 3 days you can already try it.
