Pickled dill is a very good and tasty seasoning for the winter, obtained by pickling. Harvesting dill for the winter at home can be done in different ways. Marinating is one of them. Pickled dill remains the same green and, plus everything, it has a pleasant sweet and sour taste.

How to pickle dill for the winter.

To prepare this simple recipe, we will need green sprigs of dill, which we wash with cool water.

Then cut into small pieces (2-5 cm) and place tightly in a glass container.

Add marinade to cover the dill.

To prepare the marinade we will need: water - 300 g; vinegar 9% - 200g; salt – 150-200g.

We set 0.5/1 liter jars to sterilize for 15/20 minutes.

If there is a cellar, then the dishes with the preparation should be placed there. In an ordinary apartment, it may be difficult to store pickled dill, which requires a cool place. Alternatively, in an apartment, your preparation can be stored in the refrigerator.
