Cut the fruit into thin slices, place in a saucepan with a small amount of water, cover with a lid and place on low heat.

Take a cutting board and rub it well with vegetable oil using a pastry brush or gauze.

Cool the finished apple pulp (it is the only ingredient in this dietary treat) and rub through a sieve.

Smooth the puree onto the surface of the board with a layer of no more than a millimeter.

It is best to dry future marshmallows in the sun. You can also put it in a draft or in the oven if it has a drying mode.

After three to four days, the dry marshmallow should easily come off the board.

Hang it on the rope for a couple more days.

Storing this delicacy is as easy as preparing it: stack layers of apple marshmallow one on top of the other, sprinkling them with powdered sugar. Then roll it up, place it in a regular bag or box and put it in the refrigerator.
