To prepare such a preparation you will need water and fresh, dense fruit.
The preparation begins with the fact that the fruits need to be sorted, leaving the ripened ones, washed and carefully separated along the groove, removing the seeds.
Apricot halves should be beautifully packaged in jars, filled with boiled water and sterilized under the lids.
The sterilization temperature should be 85 degrees. Half-liter containers - 20 minutes, liter - 30, three-liter - 40. If desired, sterilization is possible in boiling water, but reduce the time to 12, 20 and 30 minutes, respectively.
After completing the sterilization procedure, the canned apricots will only need to be rolled up and the containers with fruit allowed to cool in the air.
Thanks to this recipe, in winter you can use natural apricots for jelly, pies, pancakes..., washing them down with a tasty, not sweet compote. Appetizing orange halves will come in handy in winter, also for decorating desserts.
