Natural canned peaches halves without sugar

Even a novice housewife can prepare canned peaches without sugar using this recipe for the winter. After all, this is a fruit that is tasty on its own and does not need any additions. Such a tasty and healthy preparation can be prepared for the winter right at the dacha, without even having sugar on hand.

Ingredients:

We'll tell you step by step how to preserve peaches in halves.

Peaches

Fruits need to be sorted according to certain criteria:

- degree of ripeness (so that when seaming it doesn’t turn out that some of the peaches in the jar are whole, and some are overcooked and softened);

— coloring (fruits of approximately the same color look more beautiful in a jar).

Peaches sorted according to these criteria need to be washed, peeled from the tails, cut the peach in half along the groove and remove the pit from the fruit.

The resulting halves of peaches should be placed in sterile jars and filled to the top with boiling water.

Place the jars in a pan with heated water (55 -60 degrees), the bottom of which is lined with a cotton napkin (so that the jars do not hit the bottom of the pan and burst during boiling). You need to sterilize our homemade preparations over medium heat: 0.5 liter jars - 9 minutes, 1 liter - 10 minutes.

After sterilization, we turn it over (put it on the lids) and quickly wrap our homemade preparations (in any old blanket) until they cool completely.

In winter, we open our canned food and you can simply eat it, you can make various casseroles and pies, jelly and jellies. Even diabetics can enjoy these canned peaches (after all, zakatka is sugar-free).
