Frozen natural birch sap.
Natural birch sap for drinking outside the harvesting season can be preserved not only by canning it in jars. In this recipe I suggest making frozen birch sap.
If you have a spacious freezer at home, then one of the least labor-intensive ways to preserve birch sap for drinking is harvesting season, is its freezing. In this case, less vitamins are lost than during preservation.
Fresh strained juice is poured into plastic bottles into which mineral water is poured. You need to pour so much juice that it does not reach the neck of the bottle by at least 10 cm (if you pour more, the bottle may break) and put it in the freezer. All, Birch juice frozen, ready.

Attention: For the drink, it is better to freeze the juice in such volumes that, once defrosted, you can drink it immediately. Otherwise, after standing for some time, the juice will lose its beneficial features.
In addition to drinking, frozen birch sap is also used for cosmetic purposes; for this, it is frozen in small polyethylene bags or in special molds for freezing ice.
