- peaches, 2.4 kg.
- sugar, 1.6 kg.
- wine, 2 glasses.
How to make your own peach marmalade.
We wipe the fruits with a damp cloth - they cannot be washed. Remove the pit, cut it, then soften it with a masher.
Mix the peach mass with sugar and wine, put it on high heat, and let it boil for a few minutes.
Cool and rub through a sieve or cheesecloth.
If the color does not suit you, add the required amount of blackcurrant juice.
Now put it on the fire, cook until our sweet preparation thickens.
Pour into clean 500 ml jars, set to sterilize for 30 minutes, roll up and cool.
