How to prepare pureed sea buckthorn with sugar.

Sea buckthorn berries

We choose fairly ripe berries. The selected berries need to be sorted, carefully washed with water, and allowed to flow completely around the water.

Pour the dried sea buckthorn into a suitable saucepan, add sugar, and grind with a wooden masher or blender until smooth.

The jars and nylon lids needed for the preparation must be sterilized.

You need to pour the resulting healing mixture into them.

Sprinkle a thin layer of sugar on top, cover with paper and put a lid on top.

Store this sea buckthorn medicine (or treat) in a cool, dry, dark place until spring. Due to the high concentration of sugar, sea buckthorn puree does not freeze at low temperatures and does not spoil.

Sea buckthorn, pureed with sugar and prepared without cooking, is good as a medicine: against stress, colds, and helps improve performance. It is simply irreplaceable if you need to boost the immunity of a weakened body after a cold.
