Spicy cucumber salad for the winter

After the salad is cut, it must stand for 24 hours to release the juice. The preparation turns out to be piquant and tasty, it stores well. Ingredients:
- cucumbers – 2 kg;
- turnip onion – 4 pcs.;
- garlic – 1 head;
- salt - 2 tbsp;
- sugar – 2 tbsp;
- vinegar – 4 tbsp;
- mustard - 2 tbsp;
- dill – 10 g;
- ground black pepper - on the tip of a knife.
How to prepare cucumber salad for the winter
Prepare the ingredients we will need to prepare the spicy salad. Remove the peel from the cucumbers.
Cut into small pieces.
Peel and chop the onion.
Cut the garlic into slices.
Finely chop the dill.
Place all salad ingredients in a large container and mix thoroughly.
Leave for a day in a container with a lid, stirring well from time to time.
Wash the jars with a warm soda solution using 1 tbsp. spoon for 1 liter. water, scald with boiling water and sterilize. I do this in the oven preheated to 100 degrees.Wash the lids well in a soda solution and also place in a preheated oven.
Place the prepared spicy cucumber salad in jars and close with screw caps or roll up.
