  • vinegar 60 gr;
  • salt 1 tbsp;
  • sugar 0.5 tbsp.

To make the preparation, you first need to prepare the vegetables. Remember that you need to buy young eggplants and small zucchini. Bell peppers must be multi-colored. A beautiful color scheme will give the winter salad additional brightness and diversity.

All vegetables must be thoroughly washed and peeled.Cut zucchini, eggplant, bell pepper and onion into cubes. Make cross-shaped cuts on the tomatoes, pour boiling water over them, remove the skin and also cut into cubes.
