- 1 ½ tablespoons of 9% vinegar.

If it can be easily pierced with a stick (it could be a toothpick or a match), then it’s time to quickly peel the fruits and tamp them into clean ½ liter jars. Do not fill to the very top, you need to leave 1.5-2 cm free.

Add salt and vinegar, cover the preparations with lids and sterilize. The optimal time for this procedure is at least 1 hour.
