Peppers in tomatoes for the winter - a simple recipe for preparing peppers in tomato sauce.

Ingredients needed for cooking:
— Bell pepper is well-ripened and meaty
— Tomato juice (freshly prepared in any way available to you)
For the marinade, everything is designed for 1 liter. juice:
— Coarse table salt – 1 tbsp. lie

The pepper needs to be washed, the middle part with seeds and membranes removed from it. You can cut the pepper into slices, but I use the whole fruit for this favorite recipe.
Then, the pepper must be blanched in boiling water for no more than 5 minutes.
Then, we give the pepper a contrast shower (we dip it in a tank with ice water or just cold water from the tap for 2 minutes).
Afterwards, we place the fruits vertically in prepared 1-liter jars. Fill the jars with pre-prepared tomato sauce (tomato juice + salt + vinegar).
We sterilize the jars. Sterilize the preserves over low heat, after boiling - about 10 minutes. Then cool.
In winter, peppers in tomato sauce made according to this homemade recipe can be eaten as an independent dish. You can also stuff it or put it in borscht/soup to add flavor. There will be no tomato juice left either. We usually drink the juice right away.
