With this simple recipe, you can quickly prepare fresh lemons at home for future use, which will preserve all its beneficial substances for a long time.
For this lemon preparation you only need sugar and lemon in a 1:1 ratio.
It is advisable to take the fruits as ripe and fresh as possible, without mechanical damage.
Fruits must be thoroughly washed and cut into pieces of arbitrary shape (circles, slices), but not thicker than 7 millimeters. If there are seeds, remove them with something sharp. For these purposes, you can use a toothpick, an awl, a knife, a hairpin...
Place lemon in jars in layers, sprinkling sugar between them. The first layer at the bottom of the jar and the top one should be made of sugar.
When the jar is full, you need to close it with a regular plastic lid.
Next, you will need to wait 2-3 days until the lemons sag. The resulting void should be filled with the same composition.
When the jars are filled with lemon and sugar to the very top, it remains to sterilize them for 20 minutes.
