This is a very simple recipe for pickled tomatoes. Almost everyone likes tomatoes prepared according to this recipe for the winter. Therefore, let's call it: pickled tomatoes - a universal and simple recipe. And so, preparing pickled tomatoes.

For one 3-liter jar we will need:
horseradish leaf - 1 pc.;
bay leaf - 1 pc.;
black peppercorns - 5 pcs.;
cloves - 1 pc.;
dill - 1 sprig;
cherry leaf - 1 pc.;
currant leaf - 1 pc.;
garlic - 1 clove;
onion - ½ medium onion;
Mine and sterilize three liter jars.
Wash tomatoes and horseradish leaves, cherries, currants and dill.
We clean and wash the garlic and onions.
First put all the prepared spices, garlic and half an onion into the jar. Be sure to cut the garlic and onion into 3-4 parts.
Now it's the turn of the tomatoes. We stack them more tightly so that they fit in a larger jar.
By this time, we should have water boiling, with which we fill the jars filled with tomatoes to the very top.
Cover with sterilized lids and let stand for 20-25 minutes.

Preparing marinade for tomatoes.
For one three-liter jar we will need:
2 tablespoons of salt (without a slide);
4 tablespoons of sugar (heaped);
1 tablespoon 9% vinegar.
Moreover, we put salt and sugar directly into the jars of tomatoes. Fill with boiling water again and add, again directly into the jar, 1 tablespoon of vinegar.
Cover sterilized lids and twist it.
Turn the jar over and put it on the lid, wrap it up and leave it in this position until it cools completely.
