Horseradish seasoning - several homemade ways to prepare a very tasty seasoning from horseradish roots with the addition of vinegar.
I want to share several ways to prepare a delicious horseradish seasoning with the addition of vinegar. Why several ways? Because some people like the seasoning more spicy, for some the beetroot color is important, and some like it to also be spiced. Maybe these three horseradish marinade recipes will come in handy for you.
The preparation of ingredients for all three of my home cooking methods is the same. Only the composition and number of components are slightly different.
And how to prepare horseradish seasoning.
You need to take the roots of the plant, peel them, and then wash them thoroughly.
The peeled roots must be passed through a meat grinder or grated on a fine grater.
Next, we need to prepare the horseradish marinade. To do this, dissolve granulated sugar and salt in water - the resulting solution must be boiled. Add spices to the boiling solution and cover the container with the marinade filling with a lid. Add vinegar essence to the marinade, cooled to 50° C, and let our pour sit for 24 hours.
After a day, you need to strain the marinade through cheesecloth and carefully mix with grated horseradish.
Our homemade preparation is ready, now we need to package it in small jars for storage.
Well, now, the promised three recipes for horseradish marinade.
