A simple recipe for pickled peppers without sterilization
In winter, pickled bell peppers will be a good addition to your favorite dishes. Today I offer my proven and simple recipe for pickled peppers. This homemade preparation will be appreciated by lovers of sour and salty flavors.

For the preparation I will take:
- 1 kg peeled bell pepper;
- 200 grams of homemade sunflower oil (not store-bought);
- 150 grams of vinegar;
- 50 grams of salt;
- 1 liter of water.
How to pickle peppers without sterilization
In order to prepare this recipe, it is not necessary to take beautiful and selected vegetables. Peel bell peppers of different colors from partitions and seeds and cut into pieces with a knife.
Place tightly in a saucepan and fill with water. Pour in vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons.
Cook for 5 minutes. Remove the boiled peppers to a separate bowl.
Leave 1 liter of broth in the pan, drain the rest of the liquid. Add salt, oil, vinegar. Bring the marinade to a boil.
Place the pepper in the slightly cooled marinade and let it brew for 12 hours.
After the specified time, the pickled pepper will be ready and you just need to transfer it to a jar. You need to close it with a nylon, the most ordinary lid. We put it in the refrigerator.
