Cooking mushrooms in a sweeter marinade is practically no different from recipe for preparing them in sour sauce.

To obtain a sweeter filling, sugar is added to the finished sour filling (80 g per liter of water is needed). Add the same amount of sugar to the marinade if you want to make the product without sterilization. With this preparation option, the amount of vinegar in the water increases to a ratio of 1/1.
