You can make a delicious pickled vegetable preparation if you have:

- medium-sized cabbage - 1 pc.;

- medium-sized bright red beets - 1-2 pcs.

For the marinade you need: for 1250 grams of vegetables 100 grams will do. salt and 100 gr. vinegar.

How to quickly pickle cabbage with beets.

White cabbage

Cut the cabbage into 8-12 pieces of equal size.

Red beetroot

Beets - into small circles or halves.

Place the vegetables in a bowl for pickling, add water boiled with salt. Add vinegar on top, lay down the pressure and leave to marinate for a week and a half. The higher the temperature in the room where the workpiece is stored, the shorter this period.

After the beets marinated with cabbage are ready, you can transfer them to jars or other smaller containers and put them in the refrigerator for storage. When serving, the workpiece should be poured with vegetable oil and/or fresh chopped herbs and/or onions should be added.
