You can make more than just traditional homemade blood sausage from pork or beef blood. Try my simple homemade recipe to make delicious brawn from raw beef or pork blood.
The principle of preparing blood brawn is very similar to preparing pork head brawn, although the ingredients of the recipe are different.
For the described workpiece you will need:
- fresh blood (beef or pork) – 1 liter;
- boiled tongue (pork or beef) – 0.750 kg;
- pork lard (chopped into small pieces) – 1 kg;
- pork skin (boiled) – 0.5 kg;
- salt – 0.085 kg;
- ground black pepper – 2/3 teaspoon.

I will only note that blood brawn prepared according to this recipe looks original when sliced, on sandwiches and is simply very tasty.
