We will need only three products: pears - 1 kg, sugar -1 kg and a pinch of vanillin.

Wash the pears with cold water. We cut out the spoilage (if any) and the stalk with seeds. Cut into oblong slices.

You need to wait until the pear releases juice. It's better to leave it overnight.

In the morning, stir and place the bowl with the pear on the stove. Boil for about forty minutes.

While the product is being prepared, we wash the jars and rinse the lids. We sterilize them over steam or in a microwave oven. Boil the lids for rolling for a couple of minutes.

As soon as the syrup in the jam thickens, carefully fill the jars and roll them up.

When the finished transparent pear jam has cooled, wipe off the sticky areas on the jar and put it in the pantry for storage.

If you had very juicy pears and after seaming there is some syrup left, use it for drinks. Pour cool sparkling water, a little syrup and a slice of lemon into a glass. Well, it turns out very tasty!
