Making blueberry puree
As usual, sort out the berries, rinse, drain, and dry a little. Pour into the prepared bowl, add sugar, stir. Pass the resulting mass through a meat grinder or grind well with a wooden spoon. Transfer the finished puree into clean jars. Close with nylon lids. It is recommended to store jars of blueberry puree in a dark, preferably cool place.
