For this salad, it is better to purchase the thickest-walled pepper. Basically, these are varieties with round fruits: kambi or gogoshar.
Take 2 kg of red or green peppers, you can have equal amounts of both. Cut the pepper into long thin slices, the width of which should be no more than one and a half centimeters.
To the pepper add 4 kg of chopped ripe thick tomatoes, 1 kg of onion chopped into half rings and 1 kg of chopped carrots.
All vegetables should be chopped into approximately equal pieces so that later they are evenly saturated with the marinade.
