Cut fresh beef meat (2 kg) into flat portions and beat them a little with a kitchen hammer.

Salt the meat and sprinkle with any ground spices - take them to your taste.

Melt the pork fat in a large saucepan and fry the onion rings until half cooked. You will need 4 large onions.

Add the prepared meat to the onion and fry it too.

Simmer the meat preparation with onions in the liquid for 5 minutes, and then place it hot in jars. Pour the sauce that formed during stewing into the same jars.

Next, place the jars of meat for sterilization, which should last at least 2 hours. The procedure time is indicated for liter jars.
