I bring to your attention a simple recipe for making very beautiful and, undoubtedly, delicious paradise apple jam at home. It is not only tasty, but also cooked from the whole fruit and even with the tails, it looks charming in a jar and placed in a vase.
How to make jam from paradise apples for the winter.

Paradise apples - although not large in size, are very tasty.
The proportions are simple: a glass of apples and sugar, 2 maybe 2.5 tablespoons of water.
As usual, sort the apples, wash them, remove leaves and stems.
Place apples and sugar in a copper or enamel basin, and don’t forget water.
Place the basin in a warm place for about a day.
We will cook it for 1.5-2 hours tomorrow. It’s easy to find out if our homemade food is ready for the winter. Place 2 drops on a saucer nearby. If they come together quickly, you will still have to cook a little more.
You don’t have to hide this kind of homemade jam in the basement. Jars with small elegant apples in syrup will decorate the kitchen. You can eat apples of paradise whole (some even chew the tail), the syrup is good for adding to pancakes or on bread.
